Honestly i've always had very acne prone oily to the extreme skin As I've gotten older is Improved some but i get a Lot of breakouts, bad makeup reactions, Extreme oil production so the bane of my existence is finding a routine then tapering off let's my skin wants to fight it etc etc etc also I used to maybe have a SHITON of black spots years past but I got put on to aveda's enbrightener which helped a lot and things like that ... with sunscreen of course!

I haven't read Bonk but I read Stiff a few years back and loved it! If you like deathy stuff I have a few books on funerals and politics/society/laws etc, SUPER fascinating stuff.
I meant to order Lies My Teacher Told Me but some of the reviews made me stall on it. But with your endorsement I'll hop back on it.
I loved the film (the original not this American remake crap they're doing) Let the Right One In, maybe I'll give the book a whirl.

Ooh if you like true crime have you read any Ann Rule? Some of the books are SO. GOOD.
Medical narrative: HIGHLY recommend Surviving the Extremes. That's one I read over and over. A doctor who is also really adventurous so he accompanies people on expeditions as their medical person. He has stories on Mount Everest, in the Amazon, deep sea diving, all kinds of stuff. Weaves that in with people who died while for example getting lost in the desert vs people who survive and what happens to your body biologically. Really good.
Girl back in the day as Yung Gem mystic topaz was my SHIT. It was the most cuntiest lab created gemstone EVER. So 5 monkeyprints for that.
